Lindsey Rawson

Lauren joined Taylor Bracewell Solicitors in December 2014 as Head of Probate in the Sheffield Office.

Lindsey is a solicitor and partner at Howells Solicitors having joined the firm in 2004 following a period of training and working as a solicitor in London for almost 10 years. Howells are an award winning and Legal 500 firm in South Yorkshire with offices in Sheffield, Rotherham and Barnsley. Howells has been trading since 1979 and is well regarded for its exceptional customer service and value.

Lindsey qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and now specialises in Wills Trusts and Probate (WTP). Her previous experience is in litigation and she is able to use her experience in this area when dealing with probate disputes.

Lindsey also has experience in dealing with a variety of work including, Will drafting, Trusts matters, Probate, Court of Protection Applications, Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax and Asset Protection advice. This is in addition to the probate disputes, commonly known as contentious probate.
