Justine is an experienced HR professional who has worked at a leadership level within a wide range of well-known businesses over the past 15 years. She has held senior roles in HR functions and has designed and implemented large scale recruitment, resourcing and restructuring programmes.

Throughout her career Justine has focussed on getting the right people into the right roles at the right time and she has therefore designed and implemented recruitment campaigns, selection processes and assessment centres for roles at all levels, she has also provided recruitment training to managers to make sure they get the best candidate for their vacancy.

She believes that being in the right role can make an enormous different to peoples well-being and she has a passion for helping people understand their personal values and strengths and how to use these in their job search. Her coaching style has been described as challenging and insightful whilst remaining supportive and empathetic.

She has previously gained a BA Hons in European Business Administration, is CIPD and ILM qualified in workplace coaching and facilitation and Executive Coaching and Mentoring. She is also a certified SHL and Wave practitioner for psychometric testing.

She volunteers as a School Governor and also as a Business Mentor with The Princes Trust, providing young entrepren eurs with support, guidance and practical help in achieving their business goals.
