Experienced recruitment specialist Amy drew on a passion for helping people and her extensive knowledge of the recruitment industry to form South Yorkshire-based Human Recruitment in 2013. Amy believes that when it comes to growing a company, people matter and she has pioneered a unique formula designed to match the unwritten qualities which can’t be typically found on a standard CV to the needs of the businesses she works with.

Since launching Human Recruitment Amy has helped a wide range of small and medium-sized businesses as well as some of the region’s largest employers to find the perfect candidate to help their businesses grow. Under her leadership Human also plays an active role in supporting the local community through a range of charitable and community-based initiatives and she remains firmly committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics and professional practice.
